Risk Design International Ltd. ("RDI", "we", "us"), based in Varna, Bulgaria, is the data controller for personal data processed through riskdesignint.com. Contact us at info@riskdesignint.com or +359 887 340 769.

• Enquiries: name, company, email, phone, service of interest and the message you send through the contact form.
• Surveyors' Club members: name, email, photo, certificate title, number, grant and expiry dates, and sign-in details, provided by or for the member.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) needed to run and secure the website.

• To answer enquiries and prepare proposals — steps before a contract / legitimate interest.
• To issue, manage and display member certificates — performance of the membership.
• To let third parties verify a certificate — legitimate interest in credential integrity. Public verification pages show only the member's name, photo and certificate details.
• To secure the website and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, database and email delivery, who process data only on our instructions. Data may be transferred outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after last contact. Member and certificate records are kept for the life of the membership and as long as verification of a certificate may reasonably be needed.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signed-in members use essential browser storage only to keep their session active.

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@riskdesignint.com. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
